Service Center Care offers Residential and Commercial / repairs of models under the product categories of – heating or cooling solution such as Window Air conditioner, Split Air conditioner, Ductable Air conditioner,VRV Air conditioner,VRF Air conditioner, Central Air conditioning Plants, Cold Room Manufacturers, Deep Freezer, Water Cooler , Package Air conditioner, Commercial Refrigerator, Heat Pump, etc.
Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of any product under DSAR shall be at the sole discretion of Service Center Care. DSAR offer will be as per the Scheme/rate card certified by Service Center Care with Seal & signature . DSAR prices & terms are subject to change without any prior notice Taxes and duties as applicable shall be extra. To qualify for DSAR, the product/s must be in working condition and the same to be inspected & certified by Service Center Care service Engineer. In case any Product/s is found defective, customer shall pay for the repair of the set. This procedure is not applicable If the DSAR is renewed from the next date of the expiry of the previous DSAR. Service under DSAR is applicable only for the product/s covered. Defects if any to its external accessories or other equipment/s connected or used with the product, not covered under this scheme. If Scheme specifies Carry-in for any specified product/s, Customer to bring the product/s to the Service center & collect it back.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Service Center Care. within 30-days period after date of purchase. In your claim, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information. Prior to ordering, please, make sure you have carefully read and understood the product’s/offering’s terms and conditions. If you are not sure about the product/offerings compatibility, or have questions about product/offering features, please contact us. All inquiries are free of charge. All AMCs issued to you will be discontinued on a pro-rata basis, final decision on which will be at the discretion of Service Center Care Service. No refunds are issued for provided services (including product installation, customization and spares replacement).
Policy Changes
Service Center Care. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on https://servicecenter.care website. You agree to periodically review our website, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our website. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
DSAR Service
Receipt of calls and service request booking shall be between 7.30am to 10.30pm on all working days except National Holidays. Field service at customers residence is applicable only within the town/city limits of the service center. All attempts will be made to attend the call within 24 working hours from the time of Call registration, however it is understood under exceptional circumstances there could be reasonable delays.While attending Breakdown or Preventive maintenance calls registered by the Customer, if any spare part(s) need(s) replacement, an estimate will be submitted towards the cost of spares. On approval of the estimate, Service Center Care will try to procure the parts for rectification. The actual cost of spares may vary a little from the estimate due to price changes frequently affected by brands. Service Center Care will re-inform the customer and proceed based on approval.
Other Terms
While preferential attention will be given to the DSAR customer, company shall not be held responsible for any loss of entertainment/ business or any other consequential loss however arising due to non availability of parts or delays due to reasons beyond its control.
In case the product needs to be transported to the service center for compressor replacement/Gas charging/Major repairs, etc. the cost of transportation will be charged extra. An estimate of the transportation cost will be advised to the customer and upon his approval the matter will be progressed.
This DSAR offers only repair of products and does not guarantee / warranty against performance of the set as per the original design /specifications.
Service Center Care shall not be liable for any personal injury or loss/damage to any property caused as a result of equipment failure / breakdown /Accident/ Lightning / Fire/ High Voltage/ Electrical short circuit / Electrical leakage, defects due to earth connections or any other similar occurrence due to events / circumstances beyond the direct control of Service Center Care.
If any product under DSAR is not repairable due to non availability of spares or any other reasons beyond Service Center Care control , Service Center Care will have the discretion to refund the DSAR charges collected for the product/s on pro-rata basis, less Service tax.
While every attempts will be made to procure & fit the original parts, in case the original part is not available, Service Center Care will inform the customer & seek verbal permission to fit the similar or equivalent parts to make the product functional.
Acceptance & Renewal of the DSAR after its expiry will be at the sole discretion of Service Center Care.
This DSAR is not terminable before expiry period nor it is transferable in the event of resale /gift to any other person.
DSAR not applicable if the Product used for commercial purpose or in any other location other than the address specified.
Customer is requested to fully understand the terms & conditions before accepting the DSAR.
Payment will be accepted only by Cash of is subject to Payment realisation. Please insist on a cash memo.
Any dispute arising out of this DSAR shall be subject to arbitration under the arbitration and Reconciliations Act. The place of such arbitration shall be Lucknow. The Company shall
have the rights to appoint a Sole Arbitrator who shall decide the matter. such order shall be binding on both parities and not open to appeal.
